Our series of 6, fast paced, weekly Business Backbone Builder workshops will help you nail your business growth plan in a real and actionable way so you know where you’re going and how to get there.
In intimate groups of 4, you’ll leverage the power of likeminded peers in 3 x 90 minute workshops held face to face in Sydney or via Skype. In addition, you’ll get 3 x 30 min one-on-one Skype sessions where you’ll get to pick our brains and get laser focused on your business needs and potential.

So what does success look like? We’re all about ensuring value for you and objectively measurable success. Our clients have seen up to a doubling of business revenue within 12 weeks of working with us. We measure success in terms of P&L, not vanity metrics on social media.

For this reason, we recommend 2 weeks between workshops, to give you plenty of shower thinking time and the opportunity to come back with questions. The time between workshops isn’t dead time either, you’ll leave each workshop with plenty of follow up to do.

We’ll work to understand your brand heritage, your WHY and your story.

We’ll then dig into your target audience profile with the objective of better understanding their wants and their needs.

The outputs from this session are:

  • Your story: Where does your story begin? Why this business? Why now?
  • Your INSIGHTS DRIVEN target customer avatar: Who they are, where they live, what they want, what they need, how do they behave, how do we connect?

  • Your metrics: What volume do you need to drive to reach your goals? What does your profitability really look like? How can you identify new ways to grow your revenue that don’t make you feel like a dick.

  • Your elevator pitch or brand positioning statement: What is the one sentence that that captures it all?

After Workshop 1, we’ll work to FRAME your brand. We’ll build your brand PERSONALITY. How will you look, feel and behave? What are your brand VALUES? What language will you use? How will you look? What is the bold, single minded bit of magic that will set you apart from your competition and make you impossible to replicate?

The outputs from this session will be:

  • Your product model: How will your revenue be generated? Are there opportunities to create more value for your customer?
  • Your Unique Selling Proposition: stand out and stop wasting time thinking about your competition.

  • Your Brand Personality Map: Who you are, what you say, how you say it, what you look like and why.

Here is where we bring that strategy to life. We start by going full circle and, in light of the work we’ve done re-interrogating your PURPOSE, PROFILE & STRUCTURE.

Then we move on to the meat and potatoes and crack into the PLAN. We don’t think you need fancy spread sheets and powerpoint slides. We’ll literally get down on the floor and sketch out your timeline for the next 6-12 months. We’ll talk list and tribe building, social media, SEO, PR and activation ideas. Above all our focus will be on PROFIT, not vanity metrics.

If you don’t leave in need of a big drink and a lie down we haven’t done our jobs.

The outputs from this session are:

  • A Sales Funnel & Customer Experience model listing all the ways you are going to attract, nurture, serve & convert customers and turn them into raving brand fans
  • A list of actions for the upcoming 1,3,6 & 12 months and a clear understanding of what you need to be doing in any given point in time to steadily grow your business.

  • Resources analysis to identify any upcoming gaps in your business and help you get proactive about closing them.
