Initially the team at Mr Wigley Photography contacted us for advice on lead generation and conversion as they felt their approach to bookings was not working for them. They felt they had no strategy and were just hoping for bookings each month.
Mr Wigley signed up to a series of strategy workshops with The Brand Architect. These took the team through how to define their brand values and proposition, understand his target audience, objectives and set lead generation targets and importantly build a sales funnel that delivers ROI. Our aim was to empower and arm the the team at Mr Wigley with the right took kit so now they can feel in control of the business. We subsequently provided on-going mentorship and have sat down to review funnels now they have been in practice for a period of time.
