Tidy Treasures approached us with a fab product the parents here could see value in immediately - a beautifully crafted wooden truck that has been designed to house toy cars. The display truck not only looks beautiful in the child's room either using the feet to stand it up or the hooks to fix to the wall, it's backed with neuroscience to help children learn to clean up after they play, creating tidy habits. The team here had used external sites like Amazon to sell their product and knew it was time they started to build their own data insights and customer via their eCommerce store. They had also been primarily focused in the USA and wanted to reach the Australian market also.
There was no better time than the gifting season of Christmas to kick off a proof of concept, but we needed to work super fast to get them in market. We switched in to complete agile mode and got their tech and digital strategy prepared and executed.
