Yay4Play puts a smart spin on play-based learning. Determined to make the most of a child’s ability to grow through play, Yay4Play uses 6 bricks and a number of activities, leveraging evidence based research and a wealth of experience to deliver simple and affordable ways to invite children to play. The challenge for this business owner was how to launch in market. They had some idea of who their audience was but needed to qualify it. They also needed to create a brand strategy that supported the product concept and a go to market plan.
Initially we carried out market research to validate and identify the target markets. Following this we built out their brand pillars and message strategy across audience segments and the master brand. From here we built a go to market plan which included digital and social marketing, website strategy and email sequences. We now manage their digital marketing channels against performance metrics to drive ROI.
