Client's Challenge
Eco Minerals is an organic, all natural, vegan, cosmetics brand straight out of beautiful Byron Bay on the far NSW North Coast. With no fillers, parabens, chemical preservatives, or palm oil, they offer pure beauty from pure ingredients. Certified 100% cruelty-free, an ethical, natural beauty choice and we love it! After having some challenges with their previous providers and knowing our strong history with beauty brands, they contacted us initially to work our magic on their Facebook Ads, with the idea of partnering with us across their full marketing efforts over time.
Solution
The first thing we did was put a robust strategy together to optimise their Facebook Ads. Part of that involved a restructure of their Facebook Ads account and a review of their creative/messaging. We put together a segmented funnel for their ads and re-launched the best of the previous ads that had worked before within that structure, to keep the engagement. We then continued to test out new messaging, content and audiences to secure winners and scale.
