The client approach us as they were running their own Facebook ads but not seeing much of a return on their investment. They wanted to grow their online store as another revenue stream to their wholesale.
We did a full audit of their marketing ecosystem and identified that their website needed some small changes to improve conversion and they had no email solution in place with automated flows and the ability to run campaigns. These two things were fundamental before they spent any more money on ads so that they could maximise the return on investment. We built out Klaviyo with 6 key flows which returned their investment in a month of it running. We then took over the management of their google ads and also added Facebook Ads to amplify their brand awareness and discretely target key audiences with the right products and offerings.
